improper, inappropriate, or unacceptable conduct, or conduct which likely may endanger the
welfare, safety, harmony, or good reputation of the Club or its Members.
3. Notice and Hearing. The Club Manager shall provide to any Member who may be subject to
disciplinary action advance written notification of any proposed disciplinary processes. Except
under circumstances in which public safety may require other action, that written notification shall
be mailed or personally delivered to the Member at least ten (10) days before the hearing of such
disciplinary action. The Member shall be given an opportunity to be heard by the Club Manager
to show cause why the Member should not be disciplined in accordance with the provisions of these
Membership Rules. If the Member intends to appear and to be heard, that Member shall notify the
Club Manager by mailing or personally delivering unto the Club Manager a written notice of the
Member’s intent to appear and be heard. That notice of intent to appear and be heard must be
received by the Club Manager within five (5) days after the date that the Club Manager provides
written notification to the Member of the proposed disciplinary action. Upon receipt of such notice,
the Club Manager shall arrange a hearing. Except under circumstances in which public safety may
require other action, while such disciplinary processes are pending, the Member may continue to
exercise the Member’s use privileges with respect to Club Facilities that apply to the Member’s
membership category.
4. Suspension of Membership. If the Club Manager finally determines, summarily or as a result of
such hearing, that grounds for discipline under these Membership Rules or the associated Rules Of
Play exist, then the Club Manager may suspend the Member or any Family or Guest from a portion,
or all, of the use privileges of the Club Facilities for which that Member otherwise would be
qualified under that Member’s membership category. A suspension of membership hereunder may
be imposed for a period of up to one (1) year. Membership dues, applicable use fees, assessments,
and other charges which may accrue with respect to a suspended Member’s membership shall
continue to be payable by the suspended Member during the period of any such suspension, and
shall not be deemed to be waived or abated during that suspension period, and must be paid in full
by the Member when they become due.
5. Expelled Member. Any Member who has been expelled under the disciplinary provisions of these
Membership Rules shall not again be eligible for Membership nor admitted to the Club under any
circumstances. A Member who thus has been expelled shall forfeit his or her membership in the
Club.
6. Unpaid Obligations. If a Member is suspended, expelled or asked to resign, that Member shall
remain liable to the Club for any and all unpaid Club Account balances, and all unpaid monthly
dues, assessments, other charges, or fines due to the Club.
LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY OR INSTANCES OF PERSONAL INJURY
1. Each Member as a condition of Membership, and each Guest as a condition of invitation to the
Club, assumes sole responsibility for her or his own property. The Club shall not be responsible
for any loss or damage to any private property which is used or stored upon the Club premises,
whether in lockers or elsewhere.
2. No person shall remove from its location on the Club Facilities any fixtures, furniture, other
furnishings, works of art, or other tangible personal property, unless such removal is approved in
advance by the Club Manager. Every Member shall be liable for any property damage or personal
injury caused by such Member or their family or Guest at the Club, or at any activity or function
