Current approved colors are:
Club Car – Atlantic Blue, Beige, Black, Cayenne, Grey, Hunter Green, Navy Blue, Red and White.

E Z-Go – Almond, Black, Burgundy, Champagne, Flame Red, Forest Green, Hunter Green, Inferno
Red, Ivory, Patriot Blue, Platinum, Steel Blue and White.

Yamaha – Anthracite Metallic (Blue/Grey), Emerald, Garnet, Glacier White, Onyx Metallic
(Black), and Sandstone Metallic.

4. Cart that have received pre-approval by the Club are the following:
a. Provided they are five (5) years of age or less at the time of initial registration
b. Meet all other stated criteria and have standard fleet body styles. Carts with chassis lifts or
risers, front trunk extensions, four-seater carts and rear bag extensions are NOT allowed.
However, personal golf carts that were approved prior to March 1st, 2017 are grandfathered.
Any color cart that was approved by receipt of Club registration prior to March 1st, 2017, can
be transferred to and registered by another Club member. However, any other carts that are
not standard fleet body styles will not be transferrable.
c. Approved manufacturers are: Yamaha, Club Car and E Z-Go

5. A member must submit proof of golf cart insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000 and naming
The Powder Horn Golf Club, as “additional insured”. Proof of liability insurance must be
submitted annually.

6. Only individuals who have a valid driver’s license may operate a golf cart on the grounds at The
Powder Horn.

7. Annual Cart Plans must be paid by each Owner of a private cart to use the same on the golf course.
The Annual Cart Plan runs on the calendar year January 1 – December 31 and is payable by March 1
of each year. In the year of acquisition, the cart fee shall be pro-rated. Thereafter, each cart will be
charged the full Annual Cart Plan amount on the succeeding March 1. No rebates will be made for
carts sold during a year, but the unused portion of an Annual Cart Plan may be transferred to a new
(replacement) cart by the same Owner. The Club determines the Annual Cart Plan fee structure
annually.

8. The Annual Cart Plan fee allows the Owner to use the cart for a maximum of two players and two
sets of clubs. The Head Professional must specifically approve any exceptions to this rule in advance.
The current published cart fee will be charged to any individual who is not accompanied in the cart by
an Owner and any individual(s) in excess of two who have approval from the Head Professional to
use a single private cart while on the golf course.

9. The Annual Cart Plan fee allows for use of your private cart on Club grounds – it does not provide the
member the use of a Club-owned cart at no cost. The posted rate will be charged for any use of Club-
owned golf carts.

10. It is the responsibility of the cart Owner to comply with all state and local laws governing the use of
private carts on roads with The Powder Horn Community or on public streets.
