4. Golf carts must obey all traffic signs. Special caution is urged at any places where golf cart paths
         cross a roadway.

5. Always use golf cart paths, when provided. Follow all signs regarding cart path and cart usage.
         Players must remain on golf cart paths on Par 3 holes, without exception.

6. Do not drive a golf cart within sixty (60) feet of a green or tee, except on cart paths.

7. Be careful to avoid soft areas on fairways with golf carts, especially after rains. Use the
         intermediate rough for golf cart access wherever possible.

8. Operation of a golf cart is at the risk of the operator. Each Member who uses a golf cart shall be
         held fully responsible for any and all damages, including but not limited to damages caused by the
         misuse of the golf cart. Each Member shall reimburse the Club for any and all damage that the
         Club may sustain because of such misuse. The cost to repair a golf cart damage caused by golf cart
         misuse, shall be charged to the Member’s Club Account.

9. Private golf carts shall not be permitted on the golf course.

10. For purposes of ensuring safety, no person shall walk along or recreate (other than golfing) upon
         any portion of the Golf Course or cart paths while the Golf Course is being played. Bikes,
         skateboards or other recreational vehicles are not permitted on the golf course or cart paths.

PRIVATE GOLF CART POLICY

Philosophy Statement – The following personal golf cart rules have been established to maintain the high
standards of The Powder Horn Golf Club and Powder Horn Community. The purpose is to provide golf
cart standards which create and maintain a visually appealing golf cart environment, is consistent with The
Powder Horn community standards and is in harmony with the Rocky Mountain West.
Private golf carts are permitted to be operated on the golf course by Golf Members only under the following
conditions:
1. Each private cart must be approved by and registered with The Powder Horn Golf Club golf shop and

    will be issued a registration sticker which will permit access to the golf course. Each membership
    may register up to one cart at the standard posted annual cart plan. Additional carts will be charged at
    one-half the full annual cart plan rate.

2. All carts must have a standard body style similar to the Club fleet carts. All carts must maintain an
    appearance standard equal to or better than the fleet of carts available from the golf shop for use on
    the golf course. Private golf carts must be electrically powered.

3. In order to be considered in keeping with acceptable Club standards, private golf carts shall not
    include excessive accessories (e.g. custom paint, patterned seat covers, radios or televisions, custom
    beverage coolers, stickers, flags, fringed canopies, etc.) Lift kits and 4-passenger carts or
    modifications are prohibited. Body paint colors are to be standard colors offered by approved
    manufacturers, on file with the Head Professional and approved by either the Head Professional or
    Club Manager. Custom paint colors may be allowed but MUST be consistent to the above mission
    statement and have prior approval from the Club Head Professional. A minimal amount of trim decal
    is acceptable and must be approved by the Head Professional.
