11. Private golf carts will not be stored at the golf course facilities. All golf carts must be driven (not on
a trailer) to and from the golf course by the golf cart Owner. When coming to or from their homes,
golf cart Owners must use the streets of the development and not on the golf course cart paths.
12. Private golf carts may be subject to an inspection by an independent certified golf cart mechanic at
the expense of the cart Owner.
13. Operation of private golf carts on the golf course are subject to all of the rules and regulations then
applicable to rented carts, including rules regulating when carts must be restricted to the golf cart
paths and the “90 degree rule”.
14. For purposes of these rules, each marital partner or owner of membership shall be considered to be
the “Owner” of any cart registered by either one of them.
IN THE EVENT OF A MATERIAL VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES AND
REGULATIONS, THE POWDER HORN GOLF CLUB MAY, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION,
SUSPEND OR REVOKE ANY MEMBER’S PRIVATE CART PRIVILEGES.
HANDICAPS
1. Handicaps are computed under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional in accordance with
the current USGA Handicap System / Wyoming State Golf Association.
2. Members, Designees, Family Members, and their guests with a USGA approved handicap may
participate in Club tournaments. All handicaps submitted are subject to review by the pro shop.
3. Members, Designees, and Family Members are responsible for keeping accurate records of their
scores and turning in their scores for all rounds played on a daily basis. Failing to turn in a score
shall result in the posting of a score equal to the lowest score on record for such individual. The
golf shop shall assist anyone needing help with the posting procedures.
APPENDIX A
Membership Categories
a. Premium Members. Participation in the category of Premium Membership provides the
Member with access and use of any portion of the Club Facilities which are open to any Member
classification without additional charge. Premium Membership enables the Premium Member to enjoy full
use of the Club Facilities, including the golf course, other recreational and social amenities which the Club
offers. Club Members are responsible for paying all initiation fees, membership dues, golf cart fees, all
other applicable use fees, assessments, Club Account balances, and any other charges which the Club
requires the Premium Member to pay.
b. Social Members. Participation in the category of Social Membership provides the
Member with access and use of that portion of the Club Facilities which are open to any Member
classification excluding only access to the Golf Course and driving range without additional charge at a rate
