CHILDREN

In order to assure the mutually-compatible use of the Club Facilities, it is incumbent upon the Member to
provide reasonable parental or other supervision by a person fourteen (14) years or older of all children
under the age of thirteen (13) who are on any part of the Club Property. Underage children shall not be
allowed to possess or consume alcohol at any Club Facility.

ATTIRE

1. The Club expects that Members, Family Members, Guests, and all other persons on Club Property
         will dress consistent with the surroundings, atmosphere, Club setting and the occasion. The Club
         also expects that Members will advise their Guests of the Club dress requirements. The Club
         Manager may be consulted about appropriate Club dress. Club Management has the authority to
         enforce Club dress requirements.

2. Shirts with collars and sleeves, pants, jeans and shorts (for men), and shirts or blouses with collars
         and sleeves, dresses, skirts, slacks, or shorts (for women), and footwear, and other articles of
         clothing, that are appropriate to the activity in which they are worn and that are consistent with the
         Rules of Play, are required on the Club Property at all times and places, except in the locker rooms
         and the in the Pool Area.

3. Spiked golf shoes are not permitted. Bathing suits will not be permitted in the Clubhouse, except
         in the locker rooms and the Pool Area.

GOLF GENERAL RULES

1. All Members, Family, Guests, and all other persons who may be permitted to play golf on the Club
         courses must register in the golf pro shop before beginning play.

2. “Cutting-in” is not permitted at any time. All players must check in with the starter. Players shall
         not be permitted to start play from residences under any circumstances.

3. Practice is not allowed on the golf course property, except in specially designated areas. Practice
         shall be confined to the specially marked driving range and putting green facilities of the Club.

4. If a group fails to keep its position of play on the course and loses more than one clear hole on the
         players ahead, it must allow the following group to play through.

5. All players who stop after playing nine holes for any reason must occupy the next tee before the
         following players arrive at that tee or they will lose their position on the golf course.

6. All tournament play must be approved in advance by the Club Manager.

7. Proper golf etiquette must be observed at all times.

8. The Professional golf staff will be on duty to help regulate play and to enforce golf cart regulations.
         The player assistants have full authority on the golf course to enforce all rules and speed of play.
         Your cooperation is appreciated.

9. Each player must have her or his own set of golf clubs.

10. Appropriate golf attire is required on the golf course and the practice facilities for all players.
