sponsored, organized, arranged, conducted, or permitted on Club premises. The cost of any such
damage shall be charged to such Member’s Club Account.

3. Each Member and their respective family members and Guests and each other person who in any
manner makes use of or accepts the use of any apparatus, appliance, facility, privilege or service
whatsoever that is owned, leased, operated, or otherwise is offered by the Club, or who engages in
any contest, game, function, exercise, competition or other activity that is sponsored, arranged,
organized, conducted, or otherwise offered or permitted on Club premises or off the Club premises,
or within or outside the facilities of the Club, shall do so at her or his own risk. Each Member, on
behalf of himself and each of his family members and Guests shall hold harmless and indemnify
the Company, Club Manager and all members, managers, assistant managers, employees, agents,
and independent contractors of the Company, the Club and the Club Manager, for, from and against
any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability that is sustained or incurred with respect to
third persons through the use by such Club Member, family member, or Guest, of any apparatus,
appliance, facility, privilege or service whatsoever that is owned, leased, operated, or otherwise is
offered by the Club, or through the participation by such Member, Guest, or other person in any
contest, game, function, exercise, competition or other activity that is sponsored, arranged,
organized, conducted, or otherwise is offered or permitted on Club premises by the Club, either on
or off the property of the Club, or within or outside the facilities of the Club. Any Member shall
owe and perform the above described obligation of indemnity also with respect to any such loss,
cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by third person, that is caused by any
Guest or family member of the Member.

FAMILY MEMBERS AND GUESTS

1. The Club will extend Guest Privileges to the Guests (“Guests”) of Members in good standing, in
accordance with these Rules.

2. For purposes of courtesy and proper identification, the Club Manager may require Guests to
complete a Guest Registration Form.

3. A Member’s “Family” means: The Member’s spouse and their unmarried children under the age
of twenty-three (23) who are living at home or attending school on a full-time basis. Family shall
have the same privileges as the Member, except as restricted by membership category. The Club
may offer preferred Guest rates for extended family, such as parents, grandparents and
grandchildren.

4. Accompanied Guests may use the Club Facilities in accordance with the category of Membership
that is held by the Member a total of five (5) times per calendar year for the Pool and five (5) times
per calendar year for Golf.

5. The sponsoring Member is responsible for the payment of charges incurred by his Guests. The
sponsoring Member is also responsible for the Guest’s conduct while the Guest is at the Club. If
the manner, deportment, attire, or appearance of any Guest is deemed unacceptable, then the Club
Manager may require the sponsoring Member to remove his Guest from the Club Property.

6. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn or revoked at any time for reasons considered sufficient
by the Club Manager.
