at the Saturday and Sunday public
event: wines by Ledger David, Simple
Machine, Irvine Roberts, Upper Five, and
Pebblestone Cellars. The appetizer section
also included Wild Craft Ciderworks’ Pear Wine with a View
Cider, and Mocha Porter from Rogue Ales family owned & operated since 1998
complimented the dessert.
This was an amazing dinner by Trujillo and
her team, and it was an honor to attend.
They knocked this one out of the park. As
a service industry professional myself, I
understand that these special dinners are a
high point for chefs, and they always bring
their A game. A lot of thought and planning
goes into these menus, and they always
highlight the best things about both the
food and drinks.
While I would suggest that anyone
interested in this dinner for next year sign
up as soon as the details become available,
I would also suggest that whenever you see
a special pairing dinner offered, you should
give it serious thought. The people planning Live Music & Happy Hour
that menu are taking into account every 1122 Suncrest Rd. EVERY SUNDAY 4-6PM
aspect of the meal and the experience. They Talent, Or 97540
care about the pairing and they put a lot 541-535-7957 www.PaschalWinery.com
of time and energy into making sure it’s open year round 12 p.m to 6 p.m
perfect. It is always worth your time.
