Mahar Homes has partnered with Adroit to develop the next phase
of construction at Ashland’s First Place, a mixed-use residential/com-
mercial project in the heart of the city. The project has combined both
historic and forward-thinking design to offer a unique opportunity to
residents of Ashland in a prime location. This next phase is in process.
As the community continues to clean up after the Almeda Fires and
look forward again, Mahar Homes is at work to continue providing
area residents with houses that will become homes. “This is about as
busy as we’ve been in 10 years,” says Mahar. “We feel very fortunate
and very blessed that the market has stayed so strong for us.”
As in all construction planning, he points out, it will take time for the
community to recover and move forward from all that 2020 brought
with it. But he is confident and grateful that Mahar Homes will con-
tinue to move forward to serve the needs of a growing and strong
community.
