Josh shares what he hopes people walk away with after experiencing

place within the given season. The edible timestamps of our region and
our Cascadian cuisine are presented in the moments they are available.
I want our guests to leave curious and with a sense of pride that we all
live in a beautiful bountiful region, recalling a nature walk and noticing
the edible world around us in Southern Oregon.”
