GANJES
Jacksonville’s newest unique shop
Ganjes, which opened earlier this year, is located in Jacksonville and
is the town’s newest unique shop. Started by owner Laura Smith and
her son Sagean Stoker, the two proudly offer an eclectic mix of colorful
Kantha quilts, picnic blankets in a variety of patterns, Children’s bedding
collections, apothecary-style bath and beauty products, vintage sodas,
salt water taffy, candies, chocolates, and more.
“Our store is about being different and having fun in the mainstream—
for all ages—with a vintage twist,” says Stoker. “I wanted to start some-
thing that would offer high-quality materials and artistic, one-of-a-kind
patterns that make life a little more fun and fulfilling.”

SUSTAINABLY FARMED &
PRODUCED ARTISAN WINES
Newly opened in Jacksonville,
Kimball’s Artisan Wines
is a small family owned
neighborhood wine shop
focusing on sustainably farmed
and produced artisan wines.
Kimball’s goal with this shop is to
create a space where people can
feel welcome and comfortable.
They love talking about wine,
and welcome curiosity and of course dialogue. Simultaneously, they are
curating wines that are spontaneously fermented with native yeasts—
nothing added and nothing taken away—in a way that wine has been
made for thousands of years.
