Wine & Spirits LCompany, The Urban Cork, and L Donovan
Wines broke ground last year on her newest
project in downtown Medford. The multi-
phase project will expand production capacity,
create a second urban tasting room location,
as well as a large outdoor venue next to the
current Pallet Wine Company and Urban Cork
buildings on N Fir Street.
Founded in 2009, Pallet Wine Company is
Southern Oregon’s first custom crush facility,
as well as the largest by production volume.

a plant-filled conservatory-like feel, inspired
by Linda’s passion for botany. Linking the two
tasting rooms will be an outdoor venue where
guests may mingle, try wines paired with food
offerings, and enjoy live music. Flanking the
outdoor venue is the colorful, wine-themed
mural that adorns the side of the production
