equipment design applications for medical exer-
cise protocols. They work closely with medical
exercise companies Scifit, Keiser, and their own

Owners and operators Andy Baxter and Damon
Ramshaw offer a welcoming and supportive
environment for all over fifty, whether they
are treating a specific medical issue or trying to
avoid one. “One of our fundamental principles is
education,” says Baxter. “It’s not enough to just
put you through our program in a controlled
environment; we want you to know how and
why you are doing what you are doing so that
you can use those tools in the real world. One of
our aims at Baxter Fitness is Opening Doors and
Removing Barriers.” They invite folks to visit the
facility. If it feels like a good fit, they will design
an exercise program to meet your specific needs
        and goals.
