                                             THE HUMAN BEAN


                                                he Human Bean, a specialty coffee drive-thru space and fast-growing national franchisor founded
                                             Tin 1998, is excited to announce the appointment of Janie Page as Chief Marketing Officer.
                                             Originally from Louisiana, Janie started her career working in field marketing for one of the largest
                                             franchisees of Papa John’s Pizza, PJ United. From there, she transitioned on to a marketing position
                                             with Community Coffee Company, where her passion for the coffee industry began.

                                             Page brings over 20 years of experience in the coffee, retail, and foodservice industries. She has
                                             worked in a variety of marketing positions for companies like Indo-European Foods, Beck Flavors,
                                             Farmer Brothers Coffee, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, and Jarden Consumer Solutions. Further,
                                             she is a Certified Q Grader of Arabica Coffee, which is an advanced level course with over 22 tests.

                                             At The Human Bean, she will manage brand strategy, menu innovation, advertising, digital initiatives,
                                            and strengthen the company’s strategic vision during a very exciting growth period. “I love coffee, so I
              am beyond thrilled to join The Human Bean family,” she says. “It is a dream come true to be a part of a growing coffee business that values the
              human connection.”

              Currently, The Human Bean brand has over 300 locations open or under development in 29 states, with plans to continue their national growth.
