Lborhood cafe featuring Noble Coffee, wine, beer, small bites, and
a large outdoor patio held its grand opening in May. The weekend of
festivities also celebrated the grand opening of the Meadowbrook
Apartments, where Moxie Cafe + Market is located. Owned by
KDA Homes, the building is the final piece of a vision the City of
Ashland began in 1993 with the planning of mixed-use subdivisions
that later became the North Mountain Park Neighborhood.

The Meadowbrook building has 27 residential units, a ground floor
office and Moxie Cafe + Market, and serves as the gateway to Kestral
Park and surrounding homes.

Allison Hamik of Moxie Cafe + Market says, “I am excited to bring
Moxie to the masses. This is a labor of love that I have been working
on for a long time. My team and I have a great deal of experience in
coffee service and now, working with Noble Coffee to share a great
locally roasted coffee, along with PNW beer, wine, baked goods, and
even a little grocery area, Moxie Cafe + Market brings Community,
Connection and Convenience to neighborhood.”
