neck of the woods | prof ile Q. WHAT'S THE BEST LIVE PERFORMANCE YOU'VE
a
t
SEEN IN THE LAST YEAR?
r
JIM: The most interesting performance I saw was at
M e rryC hisms
Camelot Theater, where they performed Honeymoon in Las
Vegas, a very funny comedy, slapstick actually. It was hilari-
ous. I know why it sticks in my mind, they had glitter. The
women had mostly gold glitter. The men had bright red and
blue coats and pants. It was very colorful and very funny –
the flying Elvises. They had all these guys in kick flair pants
dressed in Elvis suits, and they jumped out of airplanes. They
from all of us at Brodie Dental!
were called the flying Elvises. And I heard that was true.
They sang and wore costumes like Elvis always wore. It was
hilarious.

Q. WHAT’S CLEARER TO YOU NOW?
JIM: There's richness in the human condition that is exem-
plified by live performances. People who are watching live
performances should be amazed by the talent of the per-
formers. Participating in arts enriches our lives.
