The Ashville Park Discovery Center is located inside The Lake House and serves as the central information center for the development. The Discovery Center is staffed with representatives that provide prospective buyers with comprehensive knowledge of the Ashville Park community.
The Discovery Center provides for:
• A master site plan depicting villages and builder lot ownership
• Display providing school district information
• Area map display depicting local points of interest
• Builder biography display. Each builder is responsible to ensure their content is
current.
Builder standard floor plans and information sheets. It is each builder’s responsibility to ensure that the content of these documents is current. Builders are not required to provide this information for distribution from the Discovery Center; however, it is strongly encouraged.
