As noted above, the Master Marketing Program for Ashville Park combines advertising, social media, public relations, community relations and events. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of these media expenditures and make necessary adjustments over time is it imperative to receive regular reporting of traffic, sales and buyer profiles.
Sales & Traffic Reports
The Ashville Park marketing department provides template traffic and sales report templates to each builder. Builder’s sales teams are responsible for completing the form and emailing it to the marketing team at the end of each week. The information will be combined and a collective summary report will be distributed to all participating builders within a few days.
Buyer Profile Reports
Upon reservation or sale of a new home, we ask that your sales team complete the Homebuyer Profile form provided by the Ashville Park marketing department. If you use a separate profile form that includes the same information, we are happy to accept that document. These are kept strictly confidential by our staff. Each quarter we will compile a summarized buyer profile report (exclusive of personal information) which will be available for review. This document is designed to help fine-tune media selections and marketing promotions by understanding more about buyers in Ashville Park.
