VI. Master Marketing Elements (continued) H. Eblast Campaigns
The Ashville Park Marketing Department delivers approved eblast campaigns to prospects that have registered to receive more information on Ashville Park. The eblast campaigns may be sent out to advertise items such as: Village and phase releases, amenity grand openings, general community information, builder announcements, and community events. Ashville Park guest builders and affiliates may submit an eblast request to the master marketing department should an eblast announcement be desired. All requests are subject to review.
I. Public Relations
The Ashville Park marketing department provides a community level public relations program to include: press releases, special editorial placements, media relations and community relations.
It is anticipated that Builders will employ additional builder specific public relations efforts to support traffic and sales. Please remember that, as with other promotions, public relations pieces referencing Ashville Park should include the descriptors provided herein (Exhibit A) and be reviewed and approved by the Ashville Park marketing department prior to submittal to a publication or online placement.
J. Events
The Ashville Park marketing team periodically hosts community level events intended to bring qualified traffic and showcase the community. Example of events that may be hosted by the Developer include:
• Village grand openings
• Amenity grand openings
• Seasonal community and resident events • Broker events
Individual Builder event such as model openings may be supported by the Ashville Park marketing team to the extent there is community wide benefit. Please contact the marketing department to discuss each event.
