VI. Master Marketing Elements (continued) E. Advertising
Media Schedules are prepared by the Ashville Park marketing department and updated to reflect revisions. To receive the most up-to-date Media Schedule, please contact the Ashville Park marketing department to ensure a current copy.
Builders are encouraged to coordinate their independent advertising with the Ashville Park community master community level advertising to best leverage resources. Each Builder is responsible for independent advertising to support their traffic and sales goals.
All builder advertising promoting homes in Ashville Park (print, social, online, radio or other) must be reviewed and approved by the Ashville Park marketing department prior to deployment or placement and must include the following elements:
• Ashville Park logo
• Approved Ashville Park locator map and or photography (as applicable)
• Discovery Center telephone number, address, days and hours of operation • Equal Housing Opportunity symbol, per HUD requirements
Ashville Park review of builder’s and affiliate’s advertising might include the following:
• Consistency of Ashville Park information
• Compliance with Ashville Park graphic guidelines and branding
• Effect and impact of builder advertising message on other builder
neighborhoods within Ashville Park
• Effect and impact of builder advertising message of Ashville Park marketing
efforts to maintain consistency of message and image
F. Website
The community website is an online tool that provides a comprehensive presentation of Ashville Park, including but not limited to: Community, Location, Discovery Center, Village, Developer and Builder information.
From time to time, each builder will be asked to review their content on the Ashville Park website to ensure its accuracy; however, it is the sole responsibility of each builder to ensure this information is current and accurate at all times.
The ‘Contact Us’ page provides consumers the ability to elect to be contacted by a specific builder or to simply sign up for Ashville Park Community Updates. Elections made by a consumer will be sent to each respective builder/agent directly from the Ashville Park website.
G. Social Media
Ashville Park maintains a community Facebook page which is used to make announcements regarding events and achievements, notifications to the residents, and to display periodic lifestyle posts in order to showcase community life.
Ashville Park builders are encouraged to provide status updates and photos for posting on the Ashville Park Facebook page. Please send all desired copy and photos for posting to marketing@ashvilleparkva.com for review.
