C. Signage
Offsite Directional Signage Program
A comprehensive offsite community level signage program is installed along Princess Anne Road and is maintained by the Ashville Park marketing department to help direct traffic into the community and communicate critical messaging. Should any non-approved signage be found at the entrances to the community and/or in any common areas, it will be removed immediately.
Interior Directional Signage
Directional signage is installed by the Developer to direct traffic to active builders’ sales centers. No other signage may be installed by a builder or their affiliate without written approval by the Ashville Park marketing department.
The following signage will be provided by the Ashville Park marketing department:
• Community regulatory and safety, as required by law
• Proposed or approved community level amenities – example: clubhouse, parks, trails • Community street banners
• Discovery Center signage
• Village and Model directional kiosks
• Temporary event and/or announcement signage
Model and Lot Identification Signs
Upon a builder’s acquisition of lots in Ashville Park, lot identification signs may be ordered and installed on all released lots within 45 days of lot acquisition. Approved art templates for these identification signs will be provided by the Ashville Park marketing department. It is each builder’s responsibility to have lot identification signs fabricated and installed.
Artwork for the sales center/model identification sign will also be provided by the Ashville Park marketing department. This sign must be installed on the designated lot for the model home prior to or concurrent with model opening. It is each builder’s responsibility to have this sign fabricated and installed.
Realtor Signs
Realtor hangman signs for new construction homes are not approved in any village of Ashville Park. Lot identification signs are to be used to distinguish available home sites and will provide all necessary contact information for each builder.
