Miscellaneous Notes
As of January 2015, the current HOA dues are $122 per month. All Villages pay the same HOA due. Please check with an Ashville Park community representative for current information.
In addition, bundled services are provided by Cox Communications at $120 per month which includes cable, internet and phone. All Ashville Park homeowners are required to have this package. Please check with an Ashville Park community representative for current information. Pricing is subject to annual budget review and approval by the board.
