11 Promote a synergized organization anchored on a dynamic and efficient
knowledge management system
DTI promotes synergy where everyone is encouraged to
generate more openness among functional groups and
to create a platform of cross-functional discussions in
order to formulate projects and programs that are
needed for the success of the Department. In doing so,
DTI’s knowledge management system will be enhanced
by constructing databases for mission-critical pieces of
RESOURCES information.

12 Exercise fiscal prudence to optimize use of resources as planned
DTI, bound with the obligation to spend within the budget on the things needed in its operations,
is expected to comply with government auditing and accounting rules, and avoid illegal and
unreasonable transactions.
