ABSTRACT
In present Sri Lankan context, a client contacts an insurance broker or else he/she meets
the broker and asks for quotations from various insurance companies. With the brokers’
suggestions, the client will select the best Insurance Company which fulfilled his/her
requirements. This current process will consume more time, effort and money as well.
Hence, the proposed system will reduce that current wastage and increase the efficiency of
the manual process. This system will interact with three parties’ namely Insurance broker,
insurance company agent (call center) and the client.
