EVERTON CRICKET CLUB
Everton Cricket club club are a a a a a warm and friendly club club that currently have 2
teams competing in in the Saturday Bassetlaw league The club have a a a a a a a a a a good mix of abilities and and age groups within the teams and and and we we actively welcome new players and and supporters The senior 1st XI play in division 1 1 of the the Bassetlaw league and the the 2nd
XI play in division 4 The season runs from from April to September with games every Saturday from from 1 30pm
As a a a club we we welcome any residents of the the village to to come come down to to show support or or if they are interested in in in playing we we would welcome players of all ages and abilities The club currently practice on Tuesday nights and and again welcome people to come come down and and give it a a a a a a go Through recent years we have also held a a a a a a successful 6 a a a a a a side competition competition with different teams competing in in in a a a a a friendly competition competition with a a a a a view towards raising much needed club funds Details of this will be made available and we we welcome support from village residents We have also taken steps to re- instate the the successful junior teams that were a a a a a a a regular part of of the the club We currently have have 3
