Prioritising talent attraction and retention contributes to the long-term development and continuity of our sustainability programmes. Across the three service sections, Property employed 388 full-time sta 1 categorised into ve sta grades during the reporting period. We recognise that close to 40% of our sta are over 50 years of age, therefore, we continue to actively search for new talent to join our vibrant team.
Property welcomed 46 new employees in scal year 2013/14, and 35 in scal year 2014/15. Meanwhile, after many years of loyal and indispensable contributions to the Property team, 7 employees retired in 2013/14, and 15 retired in 2014/15. We continue to prioritise succession planning in order to ensure the availability of skills and talent for our business.
