However, what we would like to emphasize in this class is how would you present your
information between you and your audience (1, 2, or more people) with the intent either to inform
them or to persuade them. Persuade is to convince the people or try to make them join your
thoughts. Some marketing, we want our customers to be persuaded to buy our products. So a lot
of time presentation is the key thing.
What do you think about the last presentation that you attended? Good or bad?
Quote by George Jessel:
“The human brain starts working the moment you are born and never stops until you stand up
to speak in public.”
That means your brain stops, your brain blocks, you can’t think and can’t do anything when
you speak in public.
Some surveys that are quite interesting in Psychology today, said that people talk about
public speaking is their number one fear that means people are really scared when they say what
I have to present.
Good or bad presentation?
• Presenter: Appearance & Voice
• Message: Verbal & Non-verbal
• Media: Method & Online
• Audience: Background/Expectation
• Q&A: Face to face & Online
Especially face to face questions and answers, It is scary. You cannot control if you don’t
have any experience even though you have well-prepared for your presentation.
