National Health Security Office or NHSO (สปสช) do not reimburse the pharmacists or

physicians. Then that causes them to have problems.

● Patient information

PI stands for Patient information or Principle investigator. This abbreviation
depends on the context of what they think or focus on. Sometimes, this abbreviation
stands for package insert. In Thailand they just call this PI a leaflet. For the patient
information is designed for patients only. This PI made patients understand the
information easily. Also, this PI has not the technical term because this PI is focused on
common people. In addition, this PI helps us to describe the information of medicine to
common people faster than opening the textbook.

● Legal and regulation notices

Legal means control people. So Legal and regulation notices are about controlling
medicines during pharmacist decisions. For example, the drug ACTS is the organization for
controlling the medicines that the pharmacist decides for dispensing of medicines based
on the legal and regulation notices in Thailand. And every country, they have their own
Drug ACTS and the law to govern their pharmacist decisions. For example, The Texas state
or in New South Waste, people who want to practice there, they should learn the law and
pass their license before. Including in the New South Waste, they have documents for all
the pharmacists who practice there should follow, and they have their own that is
accountable as the future reference. Therefore, around the world they have their legal and
regulation notices for practitioners.

● Newspaper articles/analysis

An article reporting in the newspaper is fresh and comes daily or weekly. The
articles are written by the journalist or the reviewer with critical thinking or analyzed before
publishing to the public.

● Annual reports from companies

An annual report is a comprehensive overview of one business’s achievements and
key metrics from the preceding year. The reports are created to give shareholders, donors,
investors and other interested people information about the company's activities, overall
performance, financial status and strategic direction.
