State of Wisconsin and by Village ordinance, regarding such imposition of a special assessment
against the Property, including, but not limited to, the requirement of a written notice and public
hearing as required under Section 66.0703, Wis. Stats., and/or any other special assessment
statutes, as well as the right to appeal or challenge the special assessment.

4. The Village shall, and hereby does, impose a voluntary special assessment against
the Property in the amount of the $3,900, or such final amount of the completed Work, pursuant
to the terms of this Agreement. The special assessment created by this Agreement shall be
entered into the Village’s records, collected, and disclosed in the same manner as are all other
special assessments. Owners hereby waive all of the statutory or ordinance procedures that are
required for the imposition of said special assessment, and hereby do consent and agree to the
imposition of the special assessment against the Property, as described above. Owners
understand that Owners and any future owners of the Property shall be responsible for the
payment of the amounts set forth herein until the special assessment is paid in full. This special
assessment on the Property shall run with the land and shall be binding upon Owners’ successors
and/or assigns in interest to the Property, until such time as the special assessment is paid in full,
and Owners agree that the Village may record a copy of this Agreement against the Property.
