RESOLUTION BY THE FINANCE AND BUDGETARY COMMITTEE
RESCINDING AND REPLACING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION 2018-09

REGARDING THE SALE OF LOUMOS HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, there is a need to rescind and replace a portion of Resolution
2018-09 to reflect the accurate account being used for the sale of the Loumos
Heights Subdivision.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the funds for the sale of the Loumos Heights lots
shall be applied to account #204-48300-000.

2. That any provisions of Resolution 2018-09 that are
inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby rescinded.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 18th day of December 2018.
