RULE 13: AGENTS UNDERTAKING “Marketing Plan”

1.Conduct a show house (by agreement between the parties) in accordance
with the Agent's show house policy;

2. List the Property on the Agent's website and all the associated portals;

3. Comprehensively market the Property as more fully described in
accordance with the Agent's standard marketing policy;

4. Report to the Seller from time to time the progress made in marketing the

Property.

5. The agent will keep a record of all buyers showing interest and that have
viewed the property.

6. Should the agency not perform the services as outlined in this “Agent
undertaking” agreement then the remedy for that failure is that the Seller
may terminate this agreement provided that WEST ANDERSON REALTY

are given written notice citing such failure. Should the Agent not remedy the
failure within 10 days. The period of this agreement will terminate and
release the Seller from the agreement.

7. Obligations arising from the introduction of any buyer prior to cancellation
date will not be affected.
