RULE 8: NETWORK AND BEFRIEND FOR UNLISTED STOCK

Profile yourself as an agent

1. Place your own 2 weekly ads for properties wanted under Offered and Wanted under the local property websites with Logo (compulsory) like
Gumtree/OLX.

2. Visit complexes and befriend the Security/Supervisor/Grounds men for information on empty units or for sale units

3. Contact Owners and offer services

4. Place sales on offer in local spar or supermarket - Community boards

5. Drive to empty properties in your area and find out owner’s details from
neighbors or cleaners

6. Visit new developments and speak to developers or managers about sales
opportunities

7. Visit property and community blogs and advertise your services

8. Place an ad in the community, school, hospital, church, etc. newspapers - usually very cheap or free

9. Drive around with the West Anderson logo on your car

10. Create Social Media Pages (Facebook, Twitter) .

11. Send copy to office for layout approval

12. Tell your Facebook friends you work at West Anderson

13. Post new stock on Facebook daily

14. Invite friends to join
