RULE 19: USE IT FULLY



        Viewing and communication process

        1)Set up email on your smart phone for around the clock assistance.


        2)If you reply directly to the email requests, please ENSURE that you delete the address information which is sent by both Private Property and
        Property 24 sites. If you do not do this, clients will visit the property without you. Never give the full address or at least the unit number until
        the day of viewing. This is to protect the Owner’s privacy against unscheduled visits, as well as being a company rule. Never forward but copy.

        3)Make sure your information is included on responding emails


        4)Respond to all enquires within the quickest possible time to confirm with client that you are informed about his enquiry.

        5)Establish the following information from clients:

        • Date of occupation and - minimum requirement


        • Location

        • Budget

        • Schools

        • Pet Friendly Yes/No


        6)Advise prospective buyers of your available (relevant) stock and start to educate your client: EDUCATE

        regarding prices, stock, speed of market, availability and other options (this will be to your own benefit later) e.g. if you are in a high turnover
        area, with many other agents working the same property, as well as the Seller, you should advise your buyers that they must not delay in
        putting in an offer!


        7)Complete your Propctrl Seller info at the end of every business day . Check the daily updates on buyers and do matchmaking to your
        properties
