RULE 20: ALWAYS CONFIRM AND REMIND PARTIES

Make an appointment with Purchaser to view the property and confirm with Seller and remind both before
and on day of viewing

If they are interested, fill in an offer to purchase as soon as possible (fill in at the property, pop down to a
coffee shop or email it to them) and send back to the office right away once the offer has been signed by

both parties. Give the Seller feedback every time you visit the property
