RULE 23: AGENT / SELLER / PURCHASER OFFICE PROCESS

Step 1

Agent & office checks content and then presents it to the Seller. Once signed by all parties, office will check and sign off the
offer.

Step 2

Offer will be sent to bond originator, transferring attorney and all other parties. The Offer, FICA and Instruction letter all
attached
