Obtained results in Table (6) indicated that there were 8

samples were analyzed for essential minerals (P, K, Ca, Mg, Na,

Fe, Zn and Mn).Data showed that: club (B), (C) and (E)

Presented (Potato) Sandwiches, results (p) content (109.5, 117.4,

and 439.4) and (Na) was (260.4, 245.1and 251.8) while the (MN)

content was (066, 0.43 and 065). Club (A) presented liver

Sandwich, results showed that (Fe) being (4.35) and (CA) was

(73.8).
