 Calculating the ticket fare,
 Issuing ticket.
 Can re-issue (the lost ticket), and re-validate (changing
date, itinerary……).
 Calculate refunds.

1-1-3- Sales Department
Obtain the big customers to the airline.

1-2- Non-Public Departments
1-2-1- Accounting Department

 Calculate the debit and credit balance of the agent.
 Calculate the commission of travel agents.
 Calculate taxes of the ticket and submit theses taxes to

the government.

1-2-2- Management
 Set the marketing plan and the required budget that
need to achieve this plan. (Like advertisement...).
 Control and evaluate the performance of different
departments.
