4- Land composition: Egypt combines flat land, deserts, hills
and plateaus that do not impede communication between human
communities, and also contains fertile lands on both banks of the
Nile River. Because of the floods in the past, before the
construction of the High Dam, the lands were characterized by
fertility due to the silt that the flood waters carried and deposited
in the lands.
5- Natural borders: It was bordered to the east and west by
deserts, and by cataracts (huge rocky masses) to the south, and
north by the Mediterranean Sea, and all of them were obstacles
that hindered its easy conquest.
