               handes.  5  After that shalt thou come to the hill  together all the tribes of Israel, the tribe of

               and when thou art come thither to the citie, thou  the tribe of Beniamin according to their families,
               shalt meete a companie of Prophets comming        and the familie of Matri was taken. So Saul the

               tymbrell, and a pipe, and an harpe before them,   him, he coulde not be found.  22  Therefore they
               and they shall prophecie.   6  Then the Spirit of  asked the Lord againe, if that man should yet
               the Lord will come vpon thee, and thou shalt      come thither. And the Lord answered, Beholde,
               prophecie with them, and shalt be turned into he hath hid himselfe among the stuffe.       23  And
               another man.     7  Therefore when these signes they ranne, and brought him thence: and when
               shall come vnto to thee, doe as occasion shall he stoode among the people, he was hier then
               serue: for God is with thee. And thou shalt goe   any of the people from the shoulders vpwarde.

               he saide, To seeke the asses: and when we sawe    all your right eies, and bring that shame vpon
               that they were no where, we came to Samuel. all Israel.     3  To whome the Elders of Iabesh said,
               15 And Sauls vncle saide, Tell me, I pray thee, what  Giue vs seuen daies respet, that we may sende
               Samuel said vnto you.   16 Then Saul saide to his  messengers vnto all the coastes of Israel: and
               vncle, He tolde vs plainely that the asses were   then if no man deliuer vs, we will come out to

               founde: but concerning the kingdome whereof       thee.   Then came the messengers to Gibeah of
               Samuel spake, tolde he him not.   17  And Samuel  Saul, and tolde these tidings in the eares of the
               assembled the people vnto the Lord in Mizpeh,     people: and all the people lift vp their voices
               18  And he saide vnto the children of Israel, Thus  and wept.  5  And behold, Saul came following
               saith ye Lord God of Israel, I haue brought Israel  the cattell out of the fielde, and Saul saide, What
               out of Egypt, and deliuered you out of the hand   aileth this people, that they weepe? And they

               of the Egyptians, and out of the handes of all    tolde him the tidings of the men of Iabesh. Then
               kingdomes that troubled you.  19 But ye haue this  the Spirit of God came vpon Saul, when he heard

               day cast away your God, who onely deliuereth      those tidings, and he was exceeding angrie, And
               you out of all your aduersities and tribulations:  tooke a yoke of oxen, and hewed them in pieces,
               and ye said vnto him, No, but appoint a King      and sent them throughout all the coastes of Israel
               ouer vs. Nowe therefore stand ye before the Lord  by the hands of messengers, saying, Whosoeuer
               according to your tribes, and according to your   commeth not foorth after Saul, and after Samuel,
