            wisedome, and set him ouer the land of Egypt. my labour and al my fathers houshold.        52  Also

            the lande, and take vp the fift part of the land of God, sayde he hath made me fruitfull in the land
            Egypt in the seuen plenteous yeeres.  35  Also let of mine affliction.  53  So the seuen yeeres of
            them gather all the foode of these good yeeres the plentie that was in the land of Egypt were
            that come, and lay vp corne vnder the hand of ended.     54 Then began the seuen yeeres of famine
            Pharaoh for foode, in the cities, and let them to come, according as Ioseph had saide: and the
            keepe it.  36 So the foode shall be for the prouision  famine was in all landes, but in all the land of
            of the lande, against the seuen yeeres of famine, Egypt was bread.  55  At the length all the lande
            which shalbe in the lande of Egypt, that the of Egypt was affamished, and the people cryed
            land perish not by famine.   37  And the saying to Pharaoh for bread. And Pharaoh said vnto all
            pleased Pharaoh and all his seruants.   38  Then  the Egyptians, Goe to Ioseph: what he sayth to
            saide Pharaoh vnto his seruants, Can we finde you, doe ye.     56  When the famine was vpon all
            such a man as this, in whom is the Spirit of God? the land, Ioseph opened all places, wherein the

                                                                  Then Iaakob saw that there was foode in
            the land of Egypt.  42  And Pharaoh tooke off his  Egypt, and Iaakob said vnto his sonnes, Why gaze
            ring from his hand, and put it vpon Iosephs hand,  ye one vpon an other?  2  And he said, Behold,
            and arayed him in garments of fine linnen, and   I haue heard that there is foode in Egypt, Get
            put a golden cheyne about his necke.  43 So he set  you downe thither, and bie vs foode thence, that
            him vpon the best charet that hee had, saue one:  we may liue and not die.    3  So went Iosephs
            and they cryed before him, Abrech, and placed    ten brethren downe to bye corne of the Egyp-
            him ouer all the land of Egypt.  44 Againe Pharaoh  tians.  4  But Beniamin Iosephs brother woulde
            saide vnto Ioseph, I am Pharaoh, and without     not Iaakob send with his brethren: for he saide,
            thee shall no man lift vp his hand or his foote  Least death should befall him. And the sonnes of

            Iosephs name Zaphnath-paaneah: and he gaue for there was famine in the land of Canaan. Now
            him to wife Asenath the daughter of Poti-pherah Ioseph was gouerner of the land, who solde to all
            prince of On. then went Ioseph abrode in the the people of the lande: then Iosephs brethren
            land of Egypt.  46 And Ioseph was thirtie yeere old came, and bowed their face to the groud before
            when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt: and him.   7 And when Ioseph sawe his brethren, hee

            Ioseph were borne two sonnes (before the yeeres  thy seruants are no spies.  12  But he saide vnto
            of famine came) which Asenath the daughter of    them, Nay, but yee are come to see the weakenes
            Poti-pherah prince of On bare vnto him.  51  And  of the land.  13  And they said, We thy seruants
            Ioseph called the name of the first borne Man-   are twelue brethren, the sonnes of one man in
            asseh: for God, said he, hath made me forget all the lande of Canaan: and beholde, the yongest is
