                                                        All  information, menus, catalogs, photos and
                                                        videos can be uploaded to the HandiGo facility
                                                        templates. Guests can not only access up to
                                                        date information on each outlet and facility but
                                                        they can interact, book or reserve them in their
                                                        own language.
















                                                        HandiGo has predesigned templates for
                                                        Room Service, Spa, Activities, Room Cleaning,
                                                        Requesting Items, and Souvenir Shops to
                                                        present the information and booking forms.
                                                        However, the templates are customisable and
                                                        can be interchanged to fit the hotel’s needs.




          Bookings and orders made by the guests can be directed to individual department
          manager accounts accessible  on  the hotel sta ’s  own mobile  phone through  the
          HandiGo : For Sta  app.

          Being able to access and interact with the facilities of the hotel in the guest’s own
          language is a huge compliment to the service standard of the hotel and can drive
          higher customer usage numbers to outlets resulting in higher auxiliary revenues.
