          HandiGo Live-Chat feature allows hotel guests to interact with hotel sta s instantly
          just like any mobile messaging app. All hotel guests will be able to chat with sta s
          whenever they are logged on. As for hotel sta s, only rooms online will be shown on
          the room chat list.

          The special feature of Live-Chat is that, we have integrated an Auto-Translate function
          into it. This function will detect the language of sender and will be translated to the
          language to the receiver. Therefore, when the receiver replies the message, the actual
          sender will be able to read it in their own language.

          The ‘Live Chat’ feature can be simply turned on or o  via the CMS system if the properties
          wants to customize its use.
