FREE CALL
Guests and hotel sta can communicate
via HandiGo’s Free Call feature. Free call
uses Voice-over-IP technology similar to
Skype or Line call. The advantage is guests
are not charged for using the phone
network in Thailand and therefore avoiding
roaming charges.
Hotel sta can also make and receive calls to and from guests via the sta version of
the app, HandiGo: For Sta . The app does not have to be active for the app to receive
the calls.
Free call can be linked to outlets templates so guests can have the option to easily
contact each department in the hotel from wherever they are.
The ‘Free Call’ feature can be simply turned on or o via the CMS system if the properties
wants to customize its use.
