                        I.  Introduction to the Research Study

                           I, Jimmy D’Arcy intend to conduct this research as part of my Master in Education and
                           Training Management (e-learning) in DCU within the School of Education Studies.

                           My Proposed Research Study Title is: ‘Producing a video to communicate a new
                           model of coaching to GAA Coaches’

                           The aim of my research is to produce a video to communicate a new model of coaching called
                           the ‘Coach 10’ model to GAA Coaches through the story of an individual coach and coach
                           educator.

                           Participation in the study will include:
                               •   Preparation for video interview
                               •   Being interviewed on video (approx. 1.5 hours)
                               •   Provision of feedback in the video production process

                        III.   Potential risks to participants from involvement in the Research Study (if greater
                           than that encountered in everyday life)


                           It is not envisaged that there will be any risk to participants.

                                  increasing personal knowledge of the model and your coaching practice
