The E-Shout Out

As part of a poll on improving happiness at HHSA, one worker asked for the

chance to share Kudos. Thanks to help from IT, everyone at HHSA will now have

the opportunity to send an electronic message commending the work of fellow
employees. The messages will be collected by Administrative Assistant Grizel

Gonzalez-Jeuck and distributed to the Director and Division Directors. Every

month or so, the Kudos Korner, a collection of all of these accomplishments, will

be shared with the Agency. All members of HHSA are encouraged to participate

and IT can set up any Department with the same technology.

In addition, because suggestions like this make the work place a better place to
be, an electronic suggestion box will also soon be unveiled.

Look for both items on the T drive (a shared folder for the HHSA) and the Intranet
in the near future.

Haywood County Community Health Assessment Prioritization Meeting: Tuesday,

11/27, room 102, 5:30 – 7:30pm. This meeting is part of the Community Health
Assessment process that takes place every three years and is a chance to learn

about our health and provide input on the county’s top health issues. Please
