News from the Sheriff’s Office
The Haywood County Sheriff’s Office’s “No Shave November” officially begins
(began) Thursday, November 1 and continues through November 30 for a fee of
$40.00 per deputy. This annual challenge is a way to encourage employees to
donate to the Cops and Kids program while having fun at the same time.
For an additional $30 toward the cause, deputies can also take part in “No Shave
Until Winter” which begins on December 1st and ends December 21 (the first day
of winter).
