                           More Events and Programs from the Public Library



               •     Walk This Way (Indoor Fitness Group) Monday, November 19 at 10:30am at the

                  Waynesville Library This winter start your week off right with some fun group fitness

                  at the library! Walking indoors can be fun with a group. High energy music and

                  walking with others will boost your motivation. Give it a try! No

                  registration required. We will meet every other Monday with the exception of

                  holidays and leader vacation days. Library will provide exercise bands to the first

                  15 that show up, so bring your own band if you have one. Some DVDs include it

                  in the workout but it is always optional. *All participants will be required to

                  sign waivers and indemnification agreements. Sponsored by the Friends of the
                  Library.

               •  Yoga Monday, November 19 and November 26 at 2:00pm at the Waynesville

                  Library Yoga with local instructor Karen McGovern. Must bring your own mat.

               •  Homeschool Book club Monday, November 19 at 2pm at the Canton Library. This

                  is for ages 8-12. Each month, participants read a book from a certain genre and

                  have a discussion with activities.

               •  Emotional Essentials for Children Tuesday, November 20 at 10:30am at the

                  Waynesville Library. Do you wish for simple solutions to help support your kiddos

                  emotional needs? Join us as we have Fun and Play with the characters Joy,

                  Anger, Worry, Sadness and Bing bong to identify which Essential Oils will nourish

                  your children during emotional moments. This is a fun and interactive way to

                  empower little ones to take control of their feelings. Each child will leave with a

                  free rollerball of their choice. Children of all ages are welcome!

               •  Library/Senior Resource Center Book Club Wednesday, November 21, at 2 p.m.

                  at the Senior Resource Center. Books are available at the SRC on Elmwood

                  Road. This group alternates fiction and nonfiction books. Call Kathy if you have

               •  Library Board of Trustees Meeting Wednesday, November 28 (one week late due

                  to Thanksgiving holidays) at 4:30 p.m. at the Waynesville Library. Board meetings

                  are open to the public.
               •  Gingerbread Houses for Kids Tuesday, November 27 at 4:00pm at the Waynesville

                  Library. Join us for a fun instructional session on how to make your own


                  gingerbread house! Space is limited so registration is required! Call (828)356-2511

               •  Cooking’ the Books Wednesday, November 28 at 12:00pm at the Waynesville

                  Library This cookbook club reviews cookbooks and eats lunch together. To get on
