The following Rules & Regulations are in addition to rules, regulations, and restrictions found in the condominium documents, state statute, administrative code, city, county and federal law.
Introduction
The community association lifestyle offers a variety of advantages over the single home environment. Some advantages are shared expenses of the common elements, shared use of recreation facilities, social activities, and property management. There are also disadvantages. Common property and amenities must be shared, and rules & regulations must be followed. Vital to the success of any community association is the understanding by its members that rules must be followed and amenities must be shared. The rules & regulations in this booklet apply to all unit owners, lessees of record and
invited guests.
