He\u000A is CNIS Director of Research and Data Collection/Analysis in Nigeria. He was\u000A the lead and manager of the CNIS Maternal Augmented Digital\u000A Empowerment Initiative in Benue State.\u000A Dr. Patrick Mugabi\u000A MBChB, MMed (Surgery)\u000A Patrick is a Senior Consultant, General Surgeon and a lecturer at the Gulu\u000A University in Uganda.
