EDDIE FOY JR was also in many movies in addition to being in Ziegfield’s
Broadway play SHOW GIRL and other productions. The movies he appeared in

He died at age 78 in July 1983.
As you see none of these individuals are identical to dear Aunt May or Will
Sprinkle or any of their children. I can only imagine those ideas about their
stardom came from associations of family members with knowing MAY and
WILL lived in the Los Angeles area; Los Angeles is the home of Hollywood; here
are FOY celebrities; they must be the same people.
With my parents I visited with Aunt MAY in the early 1950s. We spent the night
in MAY’s and WILL’s house in the San Fernando Valley which was certainly
not a pretentious place and I do not recall anything being said about movie stars
or Hopalong Cassidy.
