Ignite
Ignite explores the intersection of innovation and
business and helps leaders learn to drive strategic
change. Participants gain new tools and the support
necessary to cultivate innovation and tackle challenges
across Piedmont.
Over the course of a year, participants learn the
principles of effective leadership and master critical
leadership skills through a combination of frameworks,
experiential activities, and constructive feedback from
facilitators, coaches, and peers. They create action plans
for real work projects and also collaborate and connect
with peers who bring diverse insights, experiences, and
perspectives to enrich the learning community.
